Access the URL with IP and proceed as below
enter the admin password
give the cluster node name usually VM name

wait for some times to complete cluster setup
after some times, the cluster master will be ready for power on
start the vRealize Operation manager
wait for all the steps to complete. once all the steps completed, it will be re-directed to log in window
