deploy new vROPS as part 1 and logging in to the URL and choose expand an existing installation
enter this node name (usually secondary vm name ) and also enter the already existing cluster master node ( primary VM name or IP)and validate the cluster
enter the cluster password which was given in primary node
then click finish button
once done, the cluster will be re-initiated
